The Screaming Nemo Monthly Giveaway is a recurring promotion in which one eligible participant is randomly selected at the end of each calendar month to receive a free item, redeemed via a promo code. The giveaway item may be official Screamin' Nemo merchandise or a product from a partner brand.
Participation is free—no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase does not increase your chances. To remain eligible, participants must meet the engagement requirement by opening at least one marketing email from Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company within the 30-day period prior to winner selection.
The selected winner will receive a unique, non-transferable promo code via email. This code is valid for 14 days from the date of issue and covers the full cost of the giveaway item, including shipping. The promo code cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Unused or expired promo codes are forfeited and will not be reissued.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company to publicly announce their social media username for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Use of bots, fake identities, or multiple email addresses will result in immediate disqualification.
These terms may be updated, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Subscriber: Any individual who has opted in to receive marketing emails from Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company. All subscribers are potential participants.
Participant: A subscriber who remains eligible for the giveaway by meeting the stated engagement requirement (i.e., opening at least one marketing email during the 30-day period prior to winner selection).
Winner: The participant who is randomly selected to receive the giveaway item. Winner is selected using a random digital selection method from all eligible participants.
Promo Code: A unique, non-transferable code emailed to the winner, which covers the full cost of the giveaway item and includes shipping. It is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Giveaway Item (Gift): The product—either Screamin’ Nemo merchandise or a partner-brand item—redeemed with the promo code.
Engagement: Opening at least one marketing email from Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company during the 30-day period before winner selection.
Promo codes are non-transferable and must only be used by the selected winner. Any attempt to sell, share, or transfer the promo code will result in the forfeiture of the reward and disqualification from future giveaways.

To remain eligible, participants must engage with marketing emails by opening at least one message from Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company during the 30-day period prior to the winner announcement. By participating, you release and hold harmless Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of any awarded item.
Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company is not responsible for expired, lost, or delayed promo codes, or for issues related to third-party vendors including but not limited to shipping, product quality, or availability.
By participating in this giveaway, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to the giveaway—including eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment—will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a comparable organization and will take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each party will bear its own legal fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision is final, binding, and enforceable in any court of law.
By entering, you waive your right to pursue any claims in court or participate in a class action lawsuit relating to this giveaway.
Disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
