At the end of each month, one member will be randomly selected to receive a promo code for the giveaway item. The promo code may be for Screamin' Nemo merchandise or a product from another brand. No purchase necessary to win. A purchase or payment of any kind does not increase the chances of winning.
Promo codes are non-transferable and must be used only by the selected winner. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or share the code will result in forfeiture of the reward.
The promo code may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers. The promo code can only be used to redeem the giveaway item at the time of redemption. Any additional costs beyond the value of the promo code are the responsibility of the recipient.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company to publicly announce their social media user name for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Engagement is defined as opening at least one marketing email in a 30-day period. Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company reserves the right to disqualify inactive subscribers.
To stay eligible for the giveaway, subscribers must continue engaging with our email content. Lack of engagement will result in disqualification. Engagement is defined as regularly opening and interacting with our emails.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Updates to these terms will take effect immediately upon being posted.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability,loss, damage, or injury related to the giveaway.
Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company is not responsible for lost or expired promo codes, or for issues related to third-party vendors, such as shipping delays, item availability, or product quality. By participating, you agree to release Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company from any liability related to the giveaway or use of the promo code.
By entering or participating in any giveaway hosted by Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the giveaway—including eligibility, winner selection, prize distribution, or any other aspect—shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another recognized arbitration organization and will take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
Each party is responsible for its own legal costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in a court of law.
By participating, you waive your right to bring any claims in court or to join a class action lawsuit related to the giveaway.
Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Screaming Nemo Limited Liability Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law rules. All legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
